Most of the people I work with on this program are 30 to 55, established in their career, with families or building toward one. They don't need motivation — they need a system that holds when motivation runs out. They want their week back, their attention back, their evenings back. 04 · WHY ME

I'm not a "life coach."

I spent six years long-haul trucking across North America. The road taught me discipline the hard way — through fatigue, isolation, and the kind of monotony that breaks most people. I came out the other side with a YouTube channel I built from the bunk, a coaching practice that funds my family, and the boundaries I now hand to clients.

I'm not a guru. I'm not credentialed in some 14-week life-coach certification. I'm a guy who refused to fall asleep at the wheel — literal or metaphorical — and built the exit while everyone else was waiting for a better mood to come around.

Motivation is weather. Discipline is climate. We build the climate. The weather can do whatever it wants.

That's the work. It isn't fast. It isn't sexy. But six months in, the people who actually run the experiments come out with a week that feels like theirs again — and the kind of internal quiet you don't realize you've been missing until it's back.
